We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, however you do have 14 working days to notify us of any unwanted furniture.
Our returns and refunds policies are set out below. If you are a consumer who has purchased items online, please note that these policies are compliant with any rights you have to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and that all refunds will be processed in accordance with the Regulations (where applicable) and your other statutory rights. Further advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
1. If an item is faulty (it hasn't happened yet but never say never!) we'll happily replace it or refund the entire cost including shipping.
2. If you decide the item you purchased just doesn't look right in your space we'll happily refund the cost of the product less a collection fee of £50.00. (Please note that in these cases we expect the item to be returned unused and in their original packaging.)
